INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup KC’s Best Wild Rice

1/2 cup shredded carrots

6 cups water

4 cups chicken stock

1/2 cup diced celery

COOKING:
Rinse KC’s Best wild rice.

Cook in 6 cups water until plump and tender, drain.

Set aside.

Combine chicken stock, carrots, onions and celery.

Bring to a boil, then simmer and cook until vegetables are tender.

Add cooked wild rice.

Makes 4 servings
